Food is one of my favorite things to discuss and eating is one of my favorite pastimes. I love experimenting in the kitchen and I love sharing what I learn and create. I would describe my diet as flexible with an emphasis on plant based whole foods. I strive to create yummy and nutritious foods for my family and self.

I believe that food is a soulful act and that when we eat, we are nourishing not just our bodies but our very soul.

I love to make my food look pretty and to fill my plate with thriving vibrant colors. Ya know, eat the REAL rainbow. Fuel your body from a place of love and watch your body love you right back.
